This Straight Talk “VIP RACING” 2026 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Verizon Value, Inc., d/b/a Straight Talk (“Sponsor”). The entry period of this Giveaway will begin at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 11, 2026 through 11:59 PM ET on October 25, 2026 (“Entry Period”). The designated computer clock of Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and legally binding in all respects. These Official Rules apply only to this Giveaway and not to any other promotions, giveaways, or sweepstakes sponsored by Sponsor. Each entrant understands that he/she is providing their information to Sponsor, and the information provided will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Any information entrant provides to Sponsor or RSM (defined below) may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Giveaway or on a Giveaway winner list. Should there be conflict between the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern. Any personally identifiable information collected during entrant's entry in this Giveaway will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor and its designees for purposes of the proper administration, fulfillment, publicizing and promotion of this Giveaway as described in these Official Rules, as stated in Sponsor’s privacy policy or as otherwise expressly consented to by entrant during any separate opt-in opportunity provided to entrant during entry in this Giveaway. In this Giveaway, valid entrants can enter (1) time per person, per household, per day (regardless of method). Limit one (1) prize per entrant. Eligibility to win a Prize, also referred to herein as Secondary Prize, does not affect eligibility to win the Grand Prize. If an entrant does not fully agree to these Official Rules, such entrant should not enter this Giveaway. Entry in this Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion or giveaway. This Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

1. ELIGIBILITY:  The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date/time of entry. Entrants must have a valid email address and an active phone number. Employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents of Sponsor, Retail Sports Marketing (“RSM”), (collectively “Giveaway Entities”), National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (“NASCAR”), (collectively “Giveaway Entities”), their affiliated entities, and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parents, siblings, children, in-laws, grandparents, grandchildren) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and their advertising agencies, Giveaway agencies and production agencies are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this Giveaway.

2. HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) method of entry for this Sweepstakes, as follows:
- Online Entry.  During the Entry Period, visit one (1) of the participating Walmart locations, and follow the directions listed on the front of store signage at event or on the corrugate display(s) in the electronics section at select locations to enter the Giveaway OR visit http://straighttalkracingtour.com/ and follow the steps under the “giveaway” tab. Participants will check the box of the track they would like to enter for a chance to win tickets and passes for. Each race will have a separate entry period as outlined in the chart in Section 4 below and you must enter prior to the conclusion of the applicable entry period to receive an entry into that applicable drawing. Each entrant will be required to enter their First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, birthdate, and Zip Code. All entrants must enter this Giveaway following the aforementioned steps and filling out the information to verify they are human with an active email and phone number. Entrant must complete and submit the entry form with all required information for the entry to be eligible.

3. GIVEAWAY WINNERS: Potential winners will be selected on or around the date set forth in the chart in Section 4 below. Each potential winner will be the selected entrant who entered the Giveaway and is deemed eligible based on having an active email and phone number during the program Entry Period. Potential winner will be determined at the end of each applicable entry period set forth below based upon a random drawing from all eligible participants that submitted entries for the applicable track/race. Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties are not responsible for any associated traveling costs or per diem for potential winners of ticket prizes in this Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each applicable entry period.

5. NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM OF PRIZE:  
Ticket Prizes: A representative of RSM will notify the potential winners (based on the information obtained in the Giveaway entry) within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. THE POTENTIAL WINNER(S) MUST RESPOND TO RSM AND CLAIM AND ACCEPT THE PRIZE BY RETURNING THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO RSM WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS FROM THE DATE THE FIRST NOTIFICATION IS SENT -- FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED HEREUNDER. The potential winner must legibly complete, personally sign and deliver to RSM the following items no later than the time period set forth above: (a) a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”), except where prohibited by law, confirming such potential winner’s compliance with these Official Rules and releasing the Released Parties (defined below) from any liability in connection with such potential winner’s entry in this Giveaway and their claim, acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize; and (b) any other information, documents and releases required by Sponsor, RSM and/or prize supplier(s) necessary to award and deliver the prize (or any part) to the winner. Failure by the potential winner to timely provide such required items and information will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties shall have no liability for any prize-winning notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts (3 attempts) by Sponsor or RSM, any potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to such notification and accept and claim the prize as required herein or if notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, declines any part of the prize for any reason prior to award or does not return the required documents to RSM and/or any prize supplier(s) as stated herein, such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. If a potential winner forfeits the prize and/or is disqualified for any reason, RSM shall award the prize to an alternate winner determined by random drawing from amongst all remaining eligible entries, subject to the Official Rules. Each potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and fully comply with these Official Rules to be declared an official winner in this Giveaway.

6. PRIZES:
Ticket Prizes: Twenty-eight (28) total VIP Access will be awarded throughout the duration of the Giveaway. (2) VIP   Access Passes & (2) Grandstand tickets will be awarded to each potential winner for the race they selected and won. Secondary Prize will consist of (2) tickets & (2) VIP access passes presented to winner via electronic delivery for the tickets, and VIP access passes to be picked up at track credential office on race weekend after receiving signed Affidavit within forty-eight (48) hours, with pickup location and delivery transfer determined in RSM’s sole discretion. Visit track website for Credential Location and Hours. Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties are not responsible for credential pickup. If the winner fails to pick up credentials in the designated track credential hours, the credentials will not be awarded. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of two (2) grandstand tickets are $150.00, and the ARV of two (2) VIP access passes are $900.00, and the total ARV of the prize package is $1,050.00. Giveaway winner will receive two (2) VIP access passes and two (2) grandstand tickets with all seating locations, ticket type, pass access, and deliverables determined at Sponsor’s full discretion. VIP access passes may be swapped for other similar value/access infield passes for tracks with limited allocations. Each potential winner must claim prize within twenty-four (24) hours of initial RSM contact to receive potential prize. If, for whatever reason, the event associated with the prize is cancelled after the prize is awarded, Sponsor’s liability for the prize is limited only to the non-event portions of the prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of the cancelled event. The tickets to the event are subject in all respect to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets and any requirements of the facility hosting the event. Seat locations (if applicable) will be determined by Sponsor. Each winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Sponsor consents in writing. In the event a prize winner (and/or his or her companion(s) (if applicable)) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the applicable experience early. Decisions regarding the conduct of the winner(s) and guest (if applicable) in all aspects of their participation in the prize event/activity will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and any of Sponsor’s representatives and final and binding in all respects.  Winner(s) and guest(s) may be removed or disqualified from participating in any aspect of the prize for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, creating an unauthorized disturbance, interruption or unnecessarily rough physical contact, creating the potential for injury or property damages, or for any unhealthy, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate act.  If a winner or guest who, in the opinion of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s representatives, is considered a physical or mental threat to the well-being of any other individual, he/she may be removed from any premises relating to the prize and winner consents to such removal.
The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash, credit, equivalents or other substitution is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes (or any part of prizes) for a prize (or part of prize) of equal or greater value, for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change and prize provider’s rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the winner with his or her prize(s), the Sponsor may elect to provide winners with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any pass or ticket that is lost, misplaced, stolen, unclaimed, or unused. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Giveaway is $29,400.00. If a prize remains unclaimed within (5) business days of the race, the prize will not be rewarded. Income and all other taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize(s) they receive, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. Winners are advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting the prize. A 1099 form will be issued. Eligibility to win a Secondary Prize does not affect eligibility to win the Grand Prize. The ARV of the prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Prizes, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and the Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. No more than the stated prize(s) will be awarded.  

7. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY, EACH ENTRANT AGREES for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, insurers and assigns:  (A) to release and hold harmless Giveaway Entities, Giveaway prize suppliers, including, but not limited to, Verizon Value, Inc., Straight Talk, and Retail Sports Marketing, Inc., and any other organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting this Giveaway, NASCAR, their affiliates, and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, dealerships, distributors, franchisees, designees, owners, shareholders, parent companies, subsidiaries, members, assigns, successors, and affiliates (individually and collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, liabilities, personal injury, death, illness, property loss, litigation or damages of any kind to persons and/or property (including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights) that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising out of such entrant’s entry in this Giveaway and/or such entrant’s claim, acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize (or any part of the prize) awarded; (B) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses and/or liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to such entrant’s entry in this Giveaway and/or entrant’s acceptance, use and/or misuse of the prize; (C) to be bound by these Official Rules, to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in this Giveaway itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; and (D) Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, defects, delay, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of the landing page or entries or for any malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof.  Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties shall have no responsibility for failed attempts to contact a potential winner. Released Parties are not responsible for, and entrant hereby releases the Released Parties from, any claims arising from: (i) lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, damaged, corrupted, inaccessible, inaccurate or incomplete entries, entries not received by the time designated for the end of this Giveaway, or for any electronic or human error that may occur in the processing of entries or in the administration of this Giveaway; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunctions or interruptions of any computer, equipment, cable, network, hardware or software, programing, or failure of an email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet at any website or designated landing page; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or technical or human error which may occur in the administration of or processing of entries in this Giveaway; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including, but not limited to, entrant’s computer, hardware or software, including which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s entry in this Giveaway; (vi) theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; and/or (vii) use and/or misuse of the Prize (or any part) awarded.  Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties are not responsible for any electronic or typographical errors in the printing, advertisement, or reproduction of these Official Rules, in any advertisement or promotional material related to this Giveaway (print or online) or in administration of this Giveaway including, but not limited to, depiction of prizes (or any part) or announcement of the winner. The Giveaway Parties and the Released Parties are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Giveaway, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway. The Giveaway Parties reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Giveaway Parties to be in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Giveaway Parties to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person and void all associated Entries and/or registrations. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER, YOU OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE GIVEAWAY PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify (or terminate the prize of) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:  Acceptance of a prize in this Giveaway constitutes the winner’s permission for Giveaway Entities and/or their designees to use a winner's name, testimonial, personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof), photograph, image (still and/or video), likeness, audio, voice, biographical information, statements, address (city and state) and/or prize information (collectively, “Attributes”) for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without compensation or notice to or further consent of (except where prohibited by law) and the winner agrees to release Giveaway Entities, the Released Parties and/or their designees from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.

9. RELEASE OF CLAIMS (CALIFORNIA):  Each entrant acknowledges that there is a possibility that, subsequent to their involvement with this Giveaway and adherence to these Official Rules they may discover facts or incur or suffer claims which were unknown or unsuspected at the time agreeing to these Official Rules, and which if known by them at that time may have materially affected their decision to enter this Giveaway. Such entrants acknowledge and agree that by reason of these Official Rules, and the release contained in the preceding subsections, they are assuming any risk of such unknown facts and such unknown and unsuspected claims. Such entrants acknowledge that they have read these Official Rules and, as such, hereby have been advised of the existence of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides:  “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his settlement with the debtor or released party.”

11. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Giveaway will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) (USD), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) (USD), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties.  In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration,” then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service.  If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.  The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration.  Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Giveaway is intended for participation in the United States only and shall be construed only according to United States law. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree: to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities, NASCAR, their affiliates, and each of their respective advertising and giveaway agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, members, successors, officers and directors, from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in this Giveaway, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Giveaway-related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

14. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Any other attempted form of entry not specified herein is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.
Giveaway Entities, the Release Parties and their respective affiliates, partners and giveaway and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, which may occur in game play and the distribution of prizes in this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Giveaway should it determine, in its sole discretion, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Sponsor will select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway. Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Giveaway by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Giveaway by any party, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway or prize.  Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway should a Force Majeure event or occurrence corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Giveaway; or (b) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.

17. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules.  Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.  In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
